On Mindfulness

  • I have made a set of affirmation cards. Affirmation is abour ideal me. I wrote these bold statements about what I want to and should be, but what I am really not. The theory is that if I repeat these statements often enough I will become them. Does repetition of affirmations help? Does it really change sentiments I have about myself??? And if I hold on to these sentiments, where are they hidden, where is the place of storing them? The question is WHY affirmations don't work and HOW to make them work?
