On Mindfulness

  • Meditation is fun. Meditation is pleasurable. I am so much involved with it that sometimes I forget to pass on this information. The pleasure of it has many forms. Sometimes it can be like a taste of your favourite ice-cream and sometimes like a pleasure of conquering a very difficult and dangerous mountain peak. The point of meditation is to be aware of the presence, of being in the here and now. And in this space of presence you are safe; the feeling of safety is dominating. In this safety you can be yourself without any pose or pretending. All your hiding is over, all your wishes, fears, desires and pleasures can come out and enjoy freedom.
