The TOMATO is one of the most consumed vegetables all around the world for its taste, its health benefits, and for all the various ways you can cook with it.

-2 green italien peppers
- 2 fresh small onions
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tin of tuna or mackrel (optional)
-Salt, vinagerand finally the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oil&Life.
-First boil the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, then cool with cold water and peel and break up into small pieces.
-Then chop the 2 garlics very finely, wash the tomatoes, peppers and small onions and chop into small cubes.
-Put all the ingredients into a bowl and add salt, vinager and lots of EVOO.
- Mix the ingredients and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
