Welcome to your Fuengirola holiday home, designed for your every comfort.  It is a spacious (92 square meters) three bedroom 2 bathroom air-conditioned penthouse.   Just 360 meters to the beach and every amenity is nearby, this is a perfect penthouse for a memorable summer holiday or long term winter stay.  A friendly well run secure and comfortable holiday for all.

The Lounge
The kitchen has just been completely renovated for the 2019 season. 
Proa is in a great location with communal parking, you could quite easily enjoy this holiday without a car; everything you need is within walking distance. The car park for the building is on a first-come first-served basis.  Parking is possible in July and August, but sometimes not easy because it is so busy.
Available all year round for either long or short-term let. 

Kitchen 1  
This penthouse has been fully refurbished including new bathrooms and double glazed UPVC windows with blinds in all 3 of the bedroom so it can be dark when the sun is shining. It has two new bathrooms and a refurbished kitchen. The furniture is comfortable and practical with a fully equipped kitchen. It is situated in a well-established community. The building is 20 years old, but thanks to a great ‘community’ and a ‘world-class’ Portero, the building is immaculate, secure and in excellent condition. The communal car park is on a ‘first come’ basis, if not you can park outside. 
Kitchen View 
The communal swimming pool is clean and well managed.
The block is well managed, visitor-friendly and very secure throughout. It is always perfectly clean and maintained to the highest standard. The penthouse ideal for families with young children as well as couples, golfers and anyone who wants a good location for a holiday.
The Pool   Pool Steps
The penthouse sleeps 6 comfortably. The main bedroom is spacious and gives mountain views when laying in bed! It has a refurbished ‘en suite bathroom’ with a bath and shower.

The two double bedrooms each have two single beds and share the second bathroom, newly tiled and refurbished with a walk-in shower.  If you are not an ‘early riser’ the roller blinds on all of the bedroom windows allow you to start the day when you want and total darkness when you want to sleep.  South-facing balcony approx 6ft X 17ft boasts some great mountain, sea, castle and golf ‘glimpses’ with constant sunshine, and canopies to allow shade if you so require.

The penthouse also has a full Spanish TV package (TVT) with numerous channels, music centre and plenty more for your relaxation and entertainment.
The fibre optic Internet allows you to be in a great location while online wherever you wish to be. The router allows you to connect with WiFi or an Ethernet cable. The fast Internet will allow you to watch TV where it is available on the Internet.
