  • Try NORDIC WALK & enjoy nature and train at the same time! We will start gently with no hills and learning technics. You will have nice company and see different places, all in Mijas surroundings!
    Start in Dezember : Tues-& Thursdays 10:30
    Poles will be provided.

    Benefits of the Nordic Walking are:
