Event Info

Event Details

  • Every Wednesday during lockdown, Glynis German will be hosting an online death café from noon till 14h CET. The death café movement began in London in 2011 by the late Jon Underwood whose vision to normalise the conversation around death went global! To date there's been more than 10,000 death cafés in 70 countries! Glynis, an independent celebrant based in Mallorca, hosted the first ever Mallorca Death Café in 2015. Since then the death café movement in the Balearics has seen the creation of 8 groups in Mallorca and one in Ibiza. With COVID-19 making in person events impossible, thanks to Zoom technology, the death café movement continues.

Registration essential to receive the Zoom link! All welcome! These Wednesday sessions are in English and there are also regular weekly sessions in Spanish. To register, please send WhatsApp to +34 666 987 430.

Bring your tea, open your heart, get comfortable and see you at the death café!
