    Georgina Shaw I managed my 20 second plank yesterday and added in a bit of Tai Chi afterwards which I think will be a lovely combo - body and mind!

    Ali Meehan Fantastic Georgina! Its on my list for today. I used to attend a class which was Tai Chi, yoga and pilates mixed - it was so good.
