ART  

Is another way of expressing our innermost thoughts onto paper where we create beauty through colours and shapes. We put our feelings and experiences onto paper allowing ourselves to release and surrender our jewels of creativity and love that lies within.

An expression of the beautiful soul that we are.

 

MEDITATION 

Can help us tap into the field of creativity already present deep within us. The more relaxed we are, the more creativity comes through. Meditation helps you feel free from within, drop inhibitions, stiffness of the mind and can help unlock barriers blocking the creative process. When the mind learns to let go and relax, then the ideas and inspiration start to flow.

 

CREATIVITY

All that is required is a sharper mind to be able to perceive better. Perception, observation and expression – these three aspects can allow us to blossom when our mind is peaceful.

 

BREATHING AND RELAXATION TECHNIQUES

During these Classes we will learn some breathing and relaxation techniques. The goal is to help produce the body’s natural relaxation response, characterized by slower breathing and a feeling of increased well-being. Breathing then has benefits on your body, emotions, cognition (thinking), and your creative spirit.
