Menopause, Awakening & Ascension Symptoms…

 

Back in 2014, I wrote a blog post about the changes I was going through during my Awakening AND Menopause. Looking back on my last 6 years, experiencing continued symptoms of my Ascension, I have decided to update the original post as follows….

 

More and more people are now experiencing their Awakening as immense light continues to flood our Earth plane to naturally expand Humanity’s awareness or consciousness.

 

Energy is serving Humankind, to help all reintegrate and rebalance Body, Mind & Spirit. As awareness and consciousness expands, they are finding themselves not only experiencing mental, emotional and physical symptoms of their Menopause but of their Awakening too.

 

My Divine brothers and sisters who are on this long Ascension journey with me, will understand that I would love to say that this journey gets easier, but as our consciousness expands with more and more light, and aspects coming home to integrate with our physical body/mind; we do continue to feel symptoms… Ascension Symptoms!

 

Symptoms will be mild and short, if we love ourselves implicitly, putting ourselves first, embrace, understand & accept all aspects of ourself and allow old programming, roles and fears to be released.

 

IAM grateful to everyone who joins us on this incredible journey of Ascension; in daring to stand out and shine their light. Unfortunately many remain wound up in their 3D existence of Fear and Lack, particularly now evident as Our Magnificent World experiences this Corona Virus pandemic.

 

I don’t want to focus too much on this, other than to say we can look at it as a means of killing the fear and mentality of lack and survival that lingers on in many minds. The more one denies the truth and focuses on the fear of lack and survival, the more likely the person will trigger this virus (a 2D phenomenon) to come in and attack.

 

We all know that fear, stress and powerlessness affects the immune system, shutting down a person’s ability to grow, and remains in protection mode. No amount of oxygen or vaccine will stop this attack. The only antidote is Love. To realise that one is Love and be fearless in one’s pursuit for living The Good Life.

 

 

Let’s take a look at Menopause… in both women and men… it is a time of great change. A time we step out of our Mother and Father role, change our duty from taking care of others, to taking care of ourselves. It is a time to focus on our own needs, to explore and discover what we love to do.

 

But how many of us realise this? I didn’t back then, so finding Christine’s book to read about the Wisdom of Menopause saved me from continued suffering from PMS that had began to creep into my perimenopause at the age of 41.

 

Christine wrote about how women who suffered from PMS during puberty, (the teenager changing their role to adult) had not listened to their body’s guidance signals that was telling them to deal with their anger and needs not being met, and mostly went on to experience rage and/or depression as they came into their perimenopause.

Thankfully I was already listening to my inner guidance and eventually discovered why I had angry outbursts. My anger came at the times my needs were seemingly ignored when I was younger. I realised my Mum and Dad had loved and took care of me the best they knew how, based on how their parents cared for them, etc.

 

We have all been influenced by a society brought up not to show feelings, never mind talk about them! AND might I add how we weren’t taught that we were important, valuable and life was to explore, discover and be in joy!

 

Thankfully we are, little by little changing society, listening more to ourselves than others, allowing ourselves to be more open, talk about how we feel and what we need and go about enjoying life.

 

I’ve written a list of Menopause Symptoms below…

 

Physical Symptoms

  • Aches and pains in the joints, especially neck, shoulders and back…
  • Heat sensations… feeling cold, feeling hot…
  • Feeling dizzy and shaky…
  • Vertigo…
  • Ringing in the ears…
  • Nausea…
  • Itchy skin, Red patchy skin, over the scalp, face & body
  • Exhaustion and feeling tired, waking up a lot…
  • Headaches and Migraine…
  • Stomach aches and Indigestion…
  • No appetite…eating a lot
  • Extremes of diarrhoea and constipation…
  • Bloating…
  • Gaining and Losing weight
  • Heart palpitations…
  • Irregular heartbeats…

 

Emotional/Mental

  • Crying…
  • Deep Sadness…
  • Confused…
  • Nervousness…
  • Passionless…
  • Anxious…
  • Intense Dreaming…
  • Loneliness…
  • Not thinking straight…
  • Losing words…
  • Depressed…

 

Similarities of Menopause, Awakening & Ascension…

During the Menopause our body and mind goes through a most natural emotional, mental and physical change, a sort of reconstruction of the Body, Mind & Spirit which can cause mild and short symptoms described above. However, when we don’t understand this change taking place, blame the hormones or don’t make the necessary role changes i.e. focusing on and caring for our own needs, our inner guidance will ramp up emotional, mental and physical symptoms!

 

During our Ascension journey; our Awakening and Integration, our Body, Mind & Spirit undergo a total reconstruction as we transmute back to our natural state of being, in preparation for Humanities new role as Sovereign Master & Creator… the DivineHuman being walking the physical plane… Embodied Realisation.

 

Again if we don’t understand this change taking place, blame our body, mind or outside circumstances and don’t take care of our own needs, our inner guidance will ramp up emotional, mental and physical symptoms!

 

In each moment our inner guidance will keep us informed as to what is out of balance and what we need to focus on and change! Are you listening to your inner guidance?

 

Magical weapons to help us through this great shift of consciousness…

  • Stop dieting, consciously eat small and nourishing meals and drink plenty of water. Follow your wants, it can change each day!
  • Give your body and hair regular oil masks. (Only put oil on wet skin otherwise it won’t soak in!)
  • Enjoy life as you desire, be responsible and do what you feel like in each moment.
  • Take a brisk walk each day.
  • Take time to listen to your body’s feelings and emotions and be willing to accept, embrace and clean up old junk!
  • Respect your physical body right now and talk and embrace it like a loving child.
  • Be truthful and have compassion for yourself FIRST and then others.
  • Laugh at a funny movie or programme.
  • If your joy has temporary walked away, know that it is only a footstep away and imagine what desire will bring it back your way. Keep your vision of New Earth high.
  • Remember not to judge another person; nobody knows another’s full story… stick to your own.
  • Explain to your partner that your body is adjusting and you need lots of SPACE.
  • Take time to expand into the unknown …I AM SACREDNESS I AM…
  • Wake up with a smile on your face and expect Magic to happen.
