Back in 2014 I wrote a post IAM having the most beautiful love affair with myself that showed itself to me the other day. It wanted to be updated as it remains so relevant today. I therefore invite you now to sit back and enjoy reading and listening to this post.
You have always been the answer to all your questions and challenges… so isn’t it time to get to know YOU? To spend some quality time with YOU? To discover All of Yourselves and begin a most beautiful love affair with yourself?
AND what better way than to allow yourself regular QuietMeTime to relax, breathe the conscious breath and embrace Your Magnificent Self.
For generations we have played with and carried down the beliefs and patterns of our ancestral biology, living the best and the worse of times. We have become ill, died young, grown old and afraid with nothing but weary and painful bodies and minds to show for ourself and our life.
BUT what if YOU discovered YOU were all powerful and could change all this by having a most wonderful love affair with yourself.
Do I sense your heart and soul stirring. Can I hear your mind wondering if there really is a way for the body and mind to be vibrant, healthy and rejuvenated and just maybe you could choose when you want to die, to cross over beyond, ready for your next adventure.
Earth and Humanity are now in the midst of a great Shift in Consciousness, naturally transforming our Human carbon based biology to one of crystalline. We are quite naturally integrating with our true Divine self, our light body and mind is melding together with our Human physical body and mind. Earth and Humankind is taking a quantum leap into a pure Divine crystalline vibration.
I collected many rocks from around the Costa Calida during 2007 to 2014. Since 2010 I noticed how they were beginning to turn crystalline in form, which confirmed to me what was indeed happening at a molecule level to the Earth and our own cells and body/mind.
Nobody and nothing is left out from this most natural transformation taking place. Our biology is naturally being reset or rebooted back to our original crystalline beingness. It is causing old ancestral patterns, beliefs and fears of survival and lack to be released and bringing our true essence of love, joy and peace to the forefront.
When we remain unaware, unconscious of this magnificent transformation and focus solely on the breakdown of our carbon based body/mind, we will miss out on the best celebration party ever. This is because remaining stuck in our old ancestral patterns, beliefs and fears causes the body/mind to feel chronically tired, depressed, old and painful and brings us to an early death.
Such an Evolution of Consciousness on Earth has never been done before. There are no rules or guidelines, no spirit guides or teachers to tell us how, when and where. It is up to each one of us to go within ourselves, to trust our own Divine self to guide us through this adventure.
It is up to each one of us to trust our own knowingness and remember how energy dynamics work. How energy and consciousness is coming home to be embraced and transformed, and how easily we can flow through this extra-ordinary time simply by breathing everything through our Body/Mind vessel.
I’ve been experiencing this integration and transformation for many years, remembering my truths and IAM here to be of service to you, to help guide you within, to urge you to have a most beautiful love affair with yourself and discover this magnificent part of you that will lead you through this most exciting time.

Introduction to An Inner Journey into YOU…
Welcome to this sacred quiet space, just for you and me to relax, chill and be with the breath of life.
As I talk you can relax and breathe. Remember to take your breath all the way down to the centre of you, deep within. Allowing your body to come to a stand still for a while and release all those tensions.
Feel yourself sinking into you, into the silence, into the depths. Releasing everything that can be released. We’ve been through a real big shift or transformation this last weekend, maybe you felt the energies, very heavy, new downloads, light codes. Everybody receives them, everybody is naturally doing this. We are all different though, some people see things visually, some people feel them and some people don’t even notice anything. But believe me it is truly happening.
After such a weekend, I always have a few days of… oh my goodness… with the light that we’ve integrated… feeling dizzy and very tired, not wanting to do anything… and I know it is time for my body to relax even more. To allow the light to be totally absorbed by the physical and spiritual Divine self, Human self.
I have also felt the extremities of hunger, not wanting to eat anything, feeling bloated when I receive the light, the downloads and find it hard to go to the toilet… then afterwards its time to release and go to the other extremity. Feeling tired and depleted, but it’s all part of this journey.
It is good to know about this journey and is one of the reasons I talk and write about this Ascension journey we’re all on, because when we are aware of it, what is happening you can breathe it all in, be open to receive your light and through the breath you can allow the energies to move through you.
It can be painful because old fears, patterns and beliefs come up. There was an instance during some part of my weekend that I felt this complete sadness come over me. I could of got into it… oh why am I so sad, oh poor me…because I really felt like this… I felt nobody wants me and wondered who would give me attention.
Instead I sat quietly with the feelings, breathing it all in, drinking it in. Embracing it all. As we embrace it, you accept it, allow it to be here and transform, to be released or transformed into new potentials to serve in a new way.
I felt after this heavy weekend and time getting back into a new balance that I’d like to go on an inner journey today, rebalancing, looking and feeling at it all.
An Inner Journey into YOU…
Just relax into yourself, into the silence, this space, this sacred space you are and can go to throughout the day. Just imagining yourself floating in an ocean, being held by your divinity. Breathing in and out. Feeling the energies that you’re receiving, feeling them move throughout your body so that you are a river of love, pure love and light. Nourishment for your physical and divine selves, body, mind and spirit.
So you can imagine, just allowing your Humanness and your Divineness and all aspects of you coming home now, to this physical moment, in this time and space all intertwining together… all energies of you. As One Body Consciousness, Body, Mind and Spirit breathe in your aliveness, your existence.
The physical absorbing the Divine non-physical and the Divine non-physical absorbing the physical. One cosmic dance on Earth. Allowing all of yourself to be here now. Melting deeper into your body, the vessel. The sweet body you created to serve you this lifetime. Allowing you to embody your Divinity and go into your 2nd incarnation.
I like to look at it as the great love affair, the Divine and Human coming together like never before. It has truly never happened before. Old Masters have always died upon Enlightenment. Now we are being Enlightened, moment by moment, surrendering all the fear. Truly embodying, love, unity and peace. It’s like you are birthing yourself anew, little by little. Birthing a new miracle.
As I say this, how do you imagine your life to look like. What are the colours you sense. And You, what do you look like? It’s alright saying, I love myself now, I just want to be myself, but we can actually embody anything. We are the magicians and I have always longed for long wavy copper red hair. This is how I imagine myself and would like to embody this.
What dresses, silks are you wearing, tunics, trousers, flowing clothes and your Environment, how does it look? Just breathing in and out as you allow your imagination to light up. Who would you like around you, what are you doing? Just feeling the unconditional love that you are that radiates out into your Environment. It is contagious and everything out there reflects your dream. Of course we’re still going to experience duality but in a different way. Maybe we still have to clear things but we’re going to deal with them as the Master, the Creator we are.
Just feel your body, how it is rejuvenating from the nourishment from the energies. The carbon based body turning crystalline. All your organs becoming transparent, vibrating in delight. Where love exists there cannot be any disease or fear. We allow fear to come in if there is something to remember. Allowing it to come in and go out. Remembering.
For me it’s never been about one particular time of Enlightenment, it is a serious of subtle new experiences, bigger ah ah moments that bring you into a bigger awareness for you to see more of the picture until you eventually see all the picture and know it all.
Keeping this image of your future presence around you as something to look forward to, to get excited about and remain conscious of how your body is receiving more and more light, rebalancing your body. In particular, for me now, it is to go to the heart.
Rest in the heart space. Stand up against the inside wall of the heart and feel its beat, the vibration of your natural rhythm and know all is well. Know your heart is doing the most perfect job of keeping you alive, of receiving, being open and doing everything it needs to do for you to come into your grand dream of Embodied Enlightenment.
As the next solar flare comes in and releases more light it shakes up the depths of you, to release old programmes or fears. Allow yourself to feel what needs to be felt, what needs to be free.
No judgement, for me its a big one!
No judging yourself and don’t fall into the trap that you’ve done something wrong, you have to fix something, change something. Just breath it in. The Mother welcoming her child as she comes home, the unworthiness, that poor me, not good enough. Just feel how the energy, just dissolves, love just melts the energy away, or should I say the negative, it transforms it.
You are now left with an emptiness within. It is possible in this emptiness you can feel a little lonely… as the mind does comes in. The ego loves filling everything, to be busy. It really doesn’t like this process, this journey we’re on.
Slowly and surely the mind as we know it, the ego, the out of control ego will dissolve into this beautiful new sense of being self-full, self sustainable and it will work for you in a new and beautiful way, together with your Divinity.
In this emptiness, just feel it, allow yourself just to feel what comes up. Realising you are in this very safe space, relaxing in the depths of you, being held by you.
Let those tensions out. Yes, remember those times we cried for attention, we didn’t know any better. It was OK. We went out of way to be busy, to find friends we put up with, but really knew we were miserable.
So it is better to come back into you, allow yourself to appreciate this empty place within, this sacred space of silence. Lets enjoy this silence for a few minutes. Truly feel the energies you’re creating, sense the colours and potential. You see it is in this emptiness, this portal, it is your everything.
Allowing everything you are, everything you are ready for, to come through, to seep through into this portal of silence, this sacred space of you. Allow your magnificence to come through, your true essence of love, joy, peace, excitement, confidence, freedom to express, your powers to interconnect with everything and expand into everything.
Allowing your magnificence to truly come online. You can imagine in the core of you, in this space, a flame that grows bigger and bigger, truly as big as your whole body, your One Body Consciousness.
Whatever you do from now on, each step you take you’ll know exactly what to do. You will feel so confident, loving, joyful and so excited… even when experiencing challenges, you embrace it all, knowing you are perfectly OK. You know how to breathe in all challenge, all fear, everything old.
This space that you are, will deal with it. You know how to deal with it, at least your Divinity does. You are one, you have integrated and are now allowing it all to happen. Especially at this time, out there, its all gone mad! It’s not about changing anyone out there, even waking them up as everyone has there own timing.
It’s about allowing yourself to deal with your own life. Maybe help the people who come to you, who know what you’re doing. Guiding them to go within and feel this life-force energy that is so strong and powerful… that will protect everybody from everything, thinking about disease or the virus.
You will know where to be if anything physically happens, any movement. IAM sure we’ve not seen the end yet, only the beginning. Step by step, if you are truly there for yourself, you will attract more and more NewEarth to you and will move away from all the concerns, allowing it all to happen.
Join me in some deep breathes. Being aware of everything, within and without, where you are sitting relaxing, of your friends all around you and keep that vibration high that I know you feel within. It feels good, hope you feel good too. Now we are ready for the next onslaught. Everything is coming in in waves and quite close together now and IAM sure there’s another one soon. You are ready… to just move it through your body with the conscious breath.
