Water is the key to your health

WHY SHOULD WE CARE ABOUT THE WATER WE DRINK?

Water is essential for life and is our most important nutrient.

We need to drink WATER at least 1 liter every 30 kg because our body is 70% of water. We use water in our digestive system, and it is very important our digestive system is functionally. Our digestive system is 80% of our immune system!

Water functions include:

  • Supplying cells with oxygen.
  • Regulating body temperature.
  • Lubricating joints
  • Aiding digestion and preventing constipation.
  • Maintaining intracellular hydration.
  • Help dissolving other nutrients to make them accessible to the body.

Good hydration is important for all bodily functions and thus for your health.

Imbalance in the body is the most common cause for disease!

The most frequent imbalances are:

Dehydration =

Occurs when the body loses more fluid than it takes in. It is distinguished between mild, moderate and servere dehydration.

A 5% loss of body fluids already means a 30% loss of energy!

Dehydration is linked to:

  • High blood pressure
  • Digestive disorders
  • Skin disorders
  • Joint pain
  • Fatigue

Acidification:

The pH of our blood has to be between 7,35 and 7,45.

To keep this balance most acids can be buffered by the buffer substances in the blood. – but this is why we get the diseases when our body needs to buffer the acids down!

External factors like daily stress, UV rays, increased consumption of alcohol as well as a diet heave in meat, soft drinks and processed food all have a negative acidic effect straining the buffer system!

“Acidification”, that you are being out of balance for a longer period of time, has negative consequences:

For example, it is damaging of the bones because bone in the form of calcium carbonates is released to neutralize the acids in the blood – and in this way it will use the bone to neutralize – so this will or can in a long term make us osteoporosis.

OXIDATION

Oxidation (also called the rusting process of our body). Oxidation happens everywhere, iron rust, we human get older and an apple turns brows. For example: An apple turns brown because of the oxygen in the air begins to burn the surface of the cut apple, breaking it down and aging it. The same happens to us and our bodys.

Oxidation reactions in the body can produce free radicals, which can cause damage to the cell. Antioxidant terminate these reactions, but elevated rates of oxidants and insufficient antioxidants in the body cause oxidative stress and damage or kill cells.

Oxidative stress is involved in the development of most lifestyle-related diseases and the aging process.

A constant supple of external sources of antioxidants should be part of one’s daily diet, to reduce oxidative stress and related damage.

This is why everyone should not only care about the quantity of the water we drink, but also the quality.

Both are essential for our wellbeing:

Optimal hydration of the body is important for optimal cell hydration and cell functioning, and helps avoiding imbalances.

THIS IS WHY WATER IS THE FOUNDATION TO HEALTH, AND WHY WATER QUALITY IS SO IMPORTANT!

FILTERED WATER

Many households now filter their tap water – and it has many advantages.

For example:

  • No spending on expensive bottled water everyday
  • No carrying of heavy water bottles
  • No concerns about BPA in plastic bottles, or hygiene of recycled glass bottles.
  • Less environmental impact, both regarding waste, and CO2 emission during regular transport of bottles from producer to stores
  • Ease and quick access to clean water.

But not only do the Kangen Water devices filter you tap water, but through the process of electrolysis, you can create the KANGEN WATER!

KANGEN WATER

“KANGEN” is Japanese. Means “RETURN TO ORIGIN”.

Kangen water is characterised by being:

  • Hydrogen rich
  • Alkaline
  • Micro-clustered

Hydrogen rich

Is water with a high concentration of molecular hydrogen.

Hydrogen is an efficient antioxidant that pass rapidly across cell membranes, reduces free radicals and suppresses oxidative stress-induced injury in several organs. It also shows anti-inflammatory effects.

Hydrogen rich water is characterized by exhibiting a negative ORP.

ORP = Oxidation-reduction potential

A high ORP value (positive numbers) indicates that a substance has a higher oxidizing potential. In generalized terms, for humans a positive or high ORP is better for the outside of the body (Cleaning and santising).

A low ORP value (negative numbers) indicates that a substance has a higher autooxidising potential. And is preferred for oral consumption.

Just like pH, ORP are an important measurement for determine the quality of the water.

Alkalinity

The first line of defense against disease is a proper pH balance.
Base-forming, alkaline effective nutrition supports our body’s own pH balancing system to avoid acidification.

What better way to supply your body with alkalinity, than through the most basic nutrient?

Micro-clustering

In unthreatened water the molecules is normally 15-20 molecules – called “macro-clusters” which can only be absorbed into parts of the body there the entire cluster of molecules fit.

During the electrolysis process electricity surges through the water disrupting the clusters and breaking them into smaller groups, normally 4-6 molecules called “micro-clusters”.

These smaller groupings of water molecules are more easily absorbed in our cells and providing superior hydration and absorption.

How your tap water becomes Kangen Water?

  1. Step FILTRATION

The internal High Grade Filter filters chlorine, unpleasant taste and odur, and reduce sediment.

  1. Step ELECTROLYSIS

Through electrode plates and membranes, the filtered water is separated into acidic and alkaline parts.
