On Mindfulness

Why is it so difficult to explain what meditation is? I can use a metaphore here. Do you know what “chirimoya” is? It is an exotic, tropical fruit. I can describe its shape and colour and taste, but to fully know what it is you have to experinece with your body the taste, the smell, the touch and the look of it. Then you will know. The same applies to meditation. You have to do it with your body,  it is not enough to read about it or learn the theory of it. When you experience it physically, you will know. So take a minute, sit down, close your eyes, feel your body, sense the environmet. MEDITATE.
