WHAT? MY FAVOURITE MODERN ARCHITECT CAN´T HAVE DIED??
I applaud not only the strength and fragility of her brilliant designs, many of which I´ve written about, but also her personal achievements – standing tall as the only successful ethnic woman in a 99.9% white male-dominated industry.
Zaha Hadid Architects emailed following my 7-page feature, Her only way is UP… (Modern Design Magazine, 2007): “We were all very impressed, and of course the feature is great!! You definitely pulled together some interesting quotes.”
