ARE YOU LOVING YOURSELF FIRST & FOREMOST…

 

We are back home from our winter holiday in Aruba. It’s been a wonderful time, catching up with family, celebrating with everyone and quite magical at times. We’re a few days into the new year of 2020, it’s quite a different energy again, much softer, calmer and easier to move through… if one is conscious and allows.

 

To allow for me means to accept everyone’s choice AND choose for myself in each moment, being mindful of my boundaries, word and how I feel, making sure I remain in my happy and safe space at all times… taking care of myself that changes situations if I don’t like them and brings in most magical times to experience.

 

IAM observing how others are not loving and taking care of themselves, overtrading their boundaries, word and feelings… all to be part of other peoples lives; to fit in and be the best. It makes me sad at times, but I realise I must allow others their experience.

 

So I continue writing, sharing my life experience with others to inspire the ones who are ready to fully love themselves and bring in a most magical time as Your Magnificent Self, living a life of celebration.

 

But what does it mean to love yourself, first and foremost? This is my story of how I love myself. Maybe you would like to share in the comments below, how you love and care for yourself.

 

Each morning when I begin to wake… I take my conscious breaths, filling my Body, Mind & Spirit (Body Consciousness) with my natural essence of Joy, Love & Peace. I love feeling how my body begins to feel warm and vibrant as my breathe flows through me… in and out and I imagine all of myself coming together in oneness. I then allow myself to hold this wondrous feeling and be open to receive a most magical and loving day for myself.

 

Getting up, I go outside taking in the delightful Environment, checking the weather and feeling grateful for being part of Our Magnificent World before making and enjoying my mugs of lemon water, which keeps our internal organs clean and balanced. I spend an hour on my social media, reading my friends blogs, quotes and writing my own new quotes and notes for my next blog post. A little later we make our breakfast of greek yogurt, kefir, nuts, berries, cold stewed apple and healthy sprinkles (pollen, coconut, seeds, Vit C & Zinc) before getting ready for our morning walk/activity and delicious cup of coffee in one of our favourite cafes by the sea… where we love to observe the world go by! So fascinating!

 

During the day we make sure we drink and eat fresh water and foods. Once a week I put apple cider vinegar and bicarb of soda in a big glass of water (this helps balance an acidic body). Tom enjoys following his sports and politics… it gives us quite a giggle to see how the world is re-developing! While I love pursuing my creative joys of painting, writing or just being lazy! Having warm relaxing baths or dips in the cool pool, depending on the weather are just delightful and we love our walks by the ocean or through natural parks… keeping our bodies moving and in sync with nature.

 

Just because we can. Oh… the joy of retirement, we are so grateful.

 

IAM very aware how lots of people are depressed and in pain with how the world is, how their life is, how they have less and less hope. This inspires me more to write about what is happening, this natural Shift of Consciousness that is an opportunity for each person to reclaim their truth. The truth of everyone being unique, magnificent and all powerful and being the MasterCreator of their own reality.

 

The questions remain though, do you want to be happy and well and do you believe you are so powerful to create the life you’ve always dreamed of? Or are you deeply attached to your conditioning of being a nobody, unimportant, not worth the bother and not good enough… that makes you not love and care for yourself and blindly follow the crowd (that I see at the moment travelling down a dark and muddy hole!)

 

I may sound harsh, but I know this feeling… of not being bothered to eat and drink well, live outrageously, play unsafely, and not relax or sleep much, if at all. Instead one listens to and keeps up with others, forgetting they are unique, important and already the best in their own right… here to have a wonderful and sensual experience.

 

As unique, sovereign and magnificent beings, it is time to remember our truth and how we can all live together in cooperation, honouring ourselves and each other. Producing and consuming nurturing products and spending creative and relaxing times together.

 

Others will continue to act out their old conditioned beliefs of fear and lack, until their heart opens to receive their own love, and live their truth. In the meanwhile, as your heart is opening to receive your own truth, you can proudly forge your new path of happiness.

Remember, when we don’t take care of ourself, we interfere with our production of chemicals that keeps us well and in optimum health. It slows down and eventually stops, causing depression and disease to creep into our body and mind. So it becomes vital you prioritise yourself, love and care for yourself so that your body/mind works optimally for you.

 

Serotonin… improves our mood and helps us to sleep
Dopamine/noradrenaline neurotransmitters… helps us to feel energized, focused, motivated and in control
Gamma-amino butyric acid neurotransmitter… helps us to calm down during periods of stress
Adrenaline… stimulates and helps us to respond to stress
Endorphins… gives us a blissful feeling, a euphoria feeling
Acetylcholine… helps our memory, cognition, alertness, and concentration.
Melatonin… helps us to sleep soundly and dream.
