A feeling is energy. Energy is not good or bad. Only how we use it can be good or bad. Feeling of anger is not bad, only acting violently and cruelly on it is bad. We confuse a feeling with an action it may provoke. This misunderstanding makes us afraid of our own feelings so much that we avoid them. We simply don’t want to feel, because it can make us bad and nobody wants to be bad. So we judge feelings and justify actions by telling various stories about them. I don’t have responsibility for a feeling appearing in me, but I have responsibility for my answer to it. I can answer by reacting to it or responding to it.  A reaction is automatic, done without any reflection, it is based on fear (and it is valid sometimes too); a response is different – it is wise and mature and it comes from understanding and acceptance. To respond I need to listen to a feeling first, I need to be aware of it, connect to it. This attitude of mindful awareness creates some space and time that gives me possibility to choose, to choose a proper action, to choose a way I want to behave without hurting myself and others. Mindfulness changes approach to feelings; it makes them our friends not enemies. It allows us to live fully, because life is felt more than thought. Be mindful.

The popular website spainbuddy.com has added a dedicated property section providing free advertising for private sellers and a cost-effective alternative for agents with multiple properties. Spain February 2016: Since the launch of Spain Buddy in September of 2012 the site has seen a rapid growth in terms of content and users to the point that is now arguably be one of the best know and busiest English speaking sites covering general Spain information for both residents and visitors. Spain Buddy covers a broad range of subjects, pretty much anything to do with Spain ranging from recipes and humour to serious news and opinion. The website caters for both tourists and English speakers already living in the country as well as those seeking to make Spain their future home. In addition to the regular content relating to food and drink, lifestyle and entertainment, travel information, history, news and opinion the site also features a free business directory, a ‘what’s on’ guide and a low cost option for advertising holiday rentals. The light emanating from the centre of our galaxy continues to accelerate and expand the consciousness of Humankind on Earth and naturally raise our vibration. We are all feeling the pressure as the light energies bombard our physical body and mind with new codes and frequencies, to upgrade and detox Humankind to our most natural and Divine, Crystalline self. We are all dealing with our own unique issues, feeling the fears, worries and pain… but there is good news… from all our experiences; good and bad, we are feeling more and more the presence of consciousness itself; our Divine self observing every move we each make, in non-judgement. Loving us no matter our circumstance and waiting patiently for us to realise… we are so much more than our Human self. We are at long last recognising our natural state of being as one of love, joy and abundance and that we can each embrace our own fears and pains and rise above the old Human game and never-ending cycle of success and failure.
