Talking of baking, I do miss the baking accessories that you can't find in Spain but which are all over the supermarkets in the UK and dead cheap too. Lovely blog by the way!

Fantastic! I've always wondered which of the Spanish flours is best to use. As you can see from my blog, I'm a newbie to baking but love trying! Have just watched the Great British Bake Off Revisited - very inspiring and now have cravings for cupcakes!
