  IAM honoured to welcome our dear Divine and Magnificent friend Sue Dreamwalker as our Guest Blogger on this platform, Me, My Magnificent Self. A quiet and sacred space in which to inspire and support one another as we all journey through this Great Shift of Consciousness together.   As most of you know, and in Sue’s own words, she has the gift of words, compassion and understanding and spreads them around like confetti, showering others with love and encouragement, instilling that ALL is as it should be.   Sue is a loving Earth Warrior who beats her drum to the rhythm of Mother Nature, diving deep within herself, within All That Is, sharing all her adventures and excitement with us all. Especially now, as we find ourselves gathering together more and more for this very special Celebration as Human Consciousness explodes to release the millennia of darkness and uncovers Sovereign Divine brilliance that is ready to be experienced by All who dare!   Sue and I were both born and bred in the same neck of the woods. The Derbyshire Dales in the Peak District, England. For me it felt very special to meet together online and share our similar passions and mission, holding our individual unique visions of NewEarth high for all to resonate with, joining others to create one harmonious beat.   Sue’s spiritual gifts of clairvoyance and clairsentient began as a child, when she would see with her naked eye people no one else saw. Around the age of 12, as Sue was walking up her family stairs, she saw a lady with a huge white billowing hat dressed to the floor in black, walk across her landing.   Sue later learned she was a nun, one she had not seen before as she wore a triangular mantel head dress. She was told she was imagining things, but a special bond had been made and although she never saw her again with her naked eye, she would often turn up in her internal vision. Whenever Sue suffered with stress or depression her nun was always somewhere in the back of her mind, sensing her presence, Sue would talk out her problems with her.   Her Nun was confirmed to her over and over by others who had mediumistic skills, even describing the unusual headdress.   Sue is grateful for her Nun’s patience and staying with her over the years and feels even today, when the outer world gets too much that it her Nun’s presence that resonates with her to retreat into a sacred space of silence. Seldom do we look in the mirror to realise we all hold personal responsibility for our thoughts and actions.  And if we want to see a change in the world, then it is WE, who are the ones that have to begin to change our own ways of being as we send those ripples out into the world. For what we sow, so shall we reap.  And we are now beginning to reap all that we have sown.     Here today in 2020, we are witnessing the air and oxygen we breathe playing its vital role in the world.  We never gave much thought to our breath, until we had to don on our masks, as we are told to protect ourselves and others. Yet the breath gets sucked out of the world’s lungs every single day, with every single tree that is cut from the forest’s lungs.   The rainfall flooding the planes, causing more landslides as the soil erosion escalates.  Mother Earth’s own tears spill faster and faster as her soil is poisoned by chemicals, the ocean and waterways polluted by our waste. Her belly rumbles as she tries to shake us awake as her earthquakes warn, and her breath howls in tornadoes of anger.   Many do not understand the connection of the deep wounds and layers of our Ancient ancestors, of whom our blood is mixed throughout time. Or of those star visitors whose seedings we are part. They do not understand the past traumas we ourselves have held onto in various incarnations or early childhood, as we are recycled back over and over to replay and relearn, until we remember who we are. Until we release and Let go of this material realm.   And many do not understand the deeper connection of how we are all part of one organism, or connect what we are experiencing now throughout the world, so too our Earth Mother also experiences.   And it is not until you truly begin the journey of self-discovery, and the power of Love we each hold within our hearts you then understand just how ALL is connected.   And how Gaia herself was in fact giving us the opportunity to reconnect within our Sacred Silent space, as the world locked itself down within its own fear in these unprecedented times of 2020. That will be marked down in History as a Great Tipping point one way or the other. That Choice is still for each of yet to make.   WE, who are here right now at this time within our own and Earth’s evolution of ‘2020 Vision’, are not seeing the correlation between our taking of our Earth’s oxygen in the huge deforestation programs around our globe, to the lack of oxygen we now are breathing behind our masks. We are not seeing the behaviours of individuals and groups whose deep-seated wounds are now resurfacing as they are being purged out in the open, with unrest. As injustices once again rear its head which have caused division and insecurities within the past.   This is a time of great clearings and of Choice… It is a time of reconciliation and it is also a time of resilience.   And WE who find ourselves here right now at this time, chose to be here at this very crucial time of this transformation… The choice is all about how we perceive to deal with these extreme times, we now need to think really hard about our choices, for our choices choose our future time lines of our experiences.    We who connect with Gaia, heard her call, even though amnesia from our own blue prints have highjacked us from our mission life time after life time. But still we came… And NOW is the time upon our Mother Earth, to amplify our thoughts as we Unify and send Unconditional Love into the hearts of ALL Darkness…    We All have our Dream Magic… And those who are Truth seekers, Way showers, Lightworkers, know that as we each hold our hearts in Love, as we unify our hearts as ONE… We will extinguish the power of the darkness to change our present time line to be one of beauty, peace, unity and harmony…   BUT WE HAVE TO DREAM IT into Being…  So I paint my Dreams into being, as I set free the darkness, as Unity, Love, Compassion and joy are brought into the New Earth via each of our hearts. Via each of our thoughts, and actions. The Dreamer I am see’s the beauty and harmony. I see a point where Free Energy will change everyone’s life in the future.  I see communities sharing, pooling resources, knowledge and skills… I see where there is plenty for ALL, where no soul on Earth should ever starve.  I see it and I Know it. But we all now have to hold that vision within our hearts, and Be that love and compassion, as we respect our brothers and sisters and our Earth Mother.  And our actions need to mirror our thoughts.     So, I breathe in Love, Laughter and Joy into my Painting of dreams, I Believed in a World where ALL helped each other, and the domination of control, and greed are no more…  My heart swells as I closed my eyes in the dance of our Future time line… New Earth is Birthing and we are just now witnessing her labour pains. She is holding her breath, ready for her final push.   And we are the ones who have to assist her in that final push… No longer can we sit and point our fingers at what is wrong, we have to gather together and create within our minds, our families, our communities, our vision of New Earth.   Where all are equal and Sovereign Beings, as we lead by example.   The split we are already witnessing of those who remain in the density of this 3D reality and those who are raising their frequencies to embrace and treat others as they themselves wish to be treated. As we share our love, unity, and peace.   You now can visibly see the split of those whose service is only to self, and those whose service is in helping others.   So much has been shared in the world about our Ascension process, and we are not suddenly going to be lifted or transported off world to some other density or realm… For all realms exist within the whole holographic Earth.    For New Earth is inside of all of us… We just have to create it within ourselves… We have to perceive our world through the eyes of love, not lack… We have to unify instead of divide… We have to hold Joy, not anger or jealousies, and most of all we have to hold LOVE as we each completely let go of All Fear as we let go of our material possessions, as we trust in the process of Gaia’s upgrade.     This journey of discovery is forever expanding who we are… We’re unifying more strongly than ever before. We each hold within us our vision of New Earth…. But first we have to go within and BE that vision, we need to let go of fear, and reach out our hearts to others, try not to judge those who do not think as we do. But hold compassion and Love and respect, as we unite in our families, our communities and Nations…   But it all begins with loving and respecting, nurturing ourselves. My own personal journey has taken me down many paths, through many emotions, but each lesson, each crossroads, each hurdle was needed to help strengthen me for this very moment in Time.   New Earth resides Inside each of our hearts…. We all just have to create it, knowing as we Dream it within our Being, we then manifest it into our reality. Magnesium is a necessary element for more than 300 biochemical reactions in our bodies. It helps with the functioning of muscles and nerves, strengthens the immune system, maintains heart health, and improves bone health. Magnesium is an important mineral, it produces energy and protein. Not only that, but it prevents heart disease, keeps blood pressure at bay, and controls diabetes. Why is magnesium necessary in this phase of the life you are living? Because the related symptoms favor the loss of magnesium, such as lack of sleep, taking medications, etc.If you combine magnesium in your diet with natural progesterone, you can overcome symptoms and lead a practically normal life, without adding the chemicals that that are in medications.   How can we include it in our meals? It’s funny isn’t it the things you take for granted. Things that are so obvious to you that it never occurs to you that someone else might feel differently. Things like privacy, patient comfort, medical confidentiality, personalised treatment. UK Training In the UK where I trained and worked for many years, physiotherapy occurred 1 on 1. You had the undivided attention of your physiotherapist throughout your appointment. Occasionally, particularly in a hospital environment with specialist equipment, you might share a gym or rehab pool with another patient having their appointment, but you had the undivided attention of your physiotherapist. Now, we can have an unending debate about waiting times and appointment times but one thing remains the same – you and your physiotherapist had a private consultation. Different attitude Can you imagine my shock and horror when some of my patients told me of the treatment style they received in some Spanish clinics? Of 1 physiotherapist with 6, 8, 10 or even 12 patients simultaneously Of no privacy when undressing or preparing for treatment Of shared equipment – with the patient often using it to treat themselves. Hot, badly ventilated “gyms” with each patient sat on their chair with, at most, a curtain between them! Of generic treatment plans – knees at 10.00, backs at 11.00, hips at 12.00 (what if you have pain in all 3?!) Of maybe 5 minutes with the physiotherapist Of being told to wait 3 months before starting post operative rehabilitation Of being diagnosed from an MRI scan with no clinical assessment at all I genuinely believed my patients were joking, making it up to shock me. But when I heard these stories again and again, combined with the frustration of not making progress . . . I started to believe them. Last year (2019) I was given a tour of one of the private hospitals and proudly shown their “new” physiotherapy gym. I had to bite my tongue – old fashioned, out of date and 1 poor, overworked physio trying to manage far too many patients. Not to mention people barging in without knocking! 2020 The first thing to say is that Spanish physios have moved on a great deal in the last decade. These conditions are no longer the norm (although that hospital was 2019!) and many physios in private practice tend to practice in a similar fashion to Bodyworks. But I still hear these tales with distressing regularity. And am therefore not surprised when people tell me, “I tried physio and it doesn’t work”. No, that kind of physiotherapy does NOT work 99% of the time. How I think things should be The best thing about being in private practice is that I can design the space so that it works for the way I believe patients should be treated. Privacy Let’s start with something super basic – privacy. All medical conversations are medicine in confidence. That means that whatever you tell me is private. Because we recognise that sometimes the information you need to give your medical professional isn’t something you want to discuss with anyone else, whether a friend, a colleague, acquaintance or stranger. Because you might have to explain that the reason your shoulder hurts is because your partner threw you down the stairs 5 years ago, or that you are struggling with having a pee or doing a poo. Or maybe you just don’t want to explain that your ankle hurts because you fell off a table after a wine too many (not age limited btw!)! Comfort Contrary to some of the jokes made about physiotherapy I do actually want you to be comfortable! Comfortable taking your clothes off Comfortably warm or cool (depending on the season!) Comfortable with enough pillows or the special chair or making sure the light isn’t in your eyes. Comfortable that the room is organised around you and what you need right now. Focus If you have made the effort to give up your time and come to see me you deserve my complete focus and attention. This time is about you and your situation. That shouldn’t be shared with anyone else. Because I want to make sure that the treatment options we choose are designed to get you the best results possible for YOU not anyone else! What we do about it Treatments are always 1 on 1 – 1 practitioner to 1 patient. If you choose to invite a family member to join us that’s entirely up to you, but your practitioner is there for you. Private rooms – with walls and doors that close to ensure complete privacy. Large enough that you don’t feel claustrophobic or worry about where your family member is going to fit! Air conditioning, heating and windows – so you are as comfortable as possible regardless of what the weather is doing outside Simple but important It would never occur to me to offer anything less. To compromise patient comfort, confidentiality or treatment plans. Which is why we’ve designed our clinic to match those beliefs.

TWO ORGANISERS – TEN WOMEN – TWENTY DAYS – EIGHT TONS OF FOOD At the beginning of June during a brainstorming session, we came up with the idea of running a Costa Women Online Pop Up Shop.   How difficult can it be we thought?   Little did we know, the monster we took on!    With just 3 weeks to organise our first ever online pop up shop festival, we realised we had a challenge on our hands.  We had 10 shopkeepers, some with absolutely no online or Facebook ‘live’ experience.  What we did have, was an abundance of enthusiasm and support, with the added incentive of being able to contribute to a charity.  We all agreed on the same charity to benefit from donations and also from a percentage of the sales.   The charity we chose was Bancosol Alimentos.  They distribute food to those in need throughout Spain via charities and associations to help the most vulnerable people in society and currently supply food to 1.5 million people. The event took place over 4 days, and we had over 870 visitors to our online shop with over 11,500 comments and reactions to our shopkeepers posts.  So far, we have raised enough money for over 8000 kilos of food which can now be distributed thanks to our shopkeepers and customers and to everyone that has donated so far.  This is roughly what 8000 kilos looks like – what an amazing job! There was so much planning, creating, organising and co-ordinating, that with just 20 days from the idea to launching the event, it consumed our days.   We also had so much fun and laughter throughout the event making every second worth it. Thanks to the support of our fabulous Costa Women “Shopkeepers” everything came together with some minor hiccups, but on the whole, it was a very successful first event.   So much so, we are already in talks about similar events in mid-September and a larger event towards the end of the year.  Details of this event are under wraps for the moment – but be assured, it will be an event to round the year off on!  The reason we agreed to organise an online pop up shop was because of recent events, we have found more and more businesses have adapted by having to continue their existence and work online; the trend is also the same for buyers! People are also very passionate about helping small local businesses.  It reminds me of when we all shopped locally and where everyone knew their customers personally.  It is far easier to connect with that small business on a personal level.  It really does make a difference!  Even online, we have found that we can still have that personal touch as we see the personalities come to life behind the words of text written on a post or even in a blog!  The Pop Up Festival was able to bring the shop to the customer.   It was fantastic to see the live reactions and questions appearing in the chat from the customers which was a perfect way for the Shopkeepers to directly get to know and understand their potential buyers.  You can find out more about the shopkeepers by continuing to read or by visiting In summary, here is some information from our shopkeepers that we hope you find helpful.   IAM sure you are all feeling as I do, in your own unique way a huge shift; the foundation of our Human experience of duality as it breaks up beneath your feet. At times you may physically feel yourself mis-stepping, dizzy and nauseous or falling down, as your sense of security in the physical world moves from under you.   No longer can you rely on anyone, leaders of the world, professionals or family and friends to help you move through these times, as everyone finds themselves in the depths of uncertainty and great change.   You may feel alone, confronted and left to wonder how this is all going to end! The only thing left to do now is go deep within yourself and ask… what is in my highest interest to do next?   Nothing works as it once did, obvious really as all the systems and behaviours of society have been built on corruption, lies, horror, domination and abuse of power. In Humanity’s call for no more suffering and control, and in continuing to hold the vision… living in harmony, unity and freedom, everything not aligned with love is being forced to the surface for release and banishment from Earth. All in preparation for NewEarth, new systems and behaviours to be born anew.   However, this doesn’t stop the dark forces, in one last attempt, to divide and control Humanity forever! Continuing to confront each and every one… from all sides through politics, science, race & morality, forcing everyone to choose!   Humanity is purposely being confronted with so much mis-information, confusion and enforcement. Frightening everyone into conforming, and in ignorance we follow what is told and familiar. OR dare you choose to go out on a limb, discern the information for yourself and trust your own sense and responsibility to guide you through this time of great change?   Do you wear a mask or not, allow yourself to be traced or not, vaccinate your children, the elderly or yourself… or not! All these questions you find yourself with are polarising society, creating conflict and judgment that will ultimately capture and swallow Humanity whole!   It is therefore essential you stay out of this game and remember, even though the darkness cannot win from the light anymore it doesn’t stop them from fighting until the end… stealing as many souls who remain playing the victim game… being fearful and lacking.   You might like to listen to my live video chat I made yesterday, as I talk a little about the virus and how I have been Acknowledging, Embracing and Releasing the darkness at this time.     My Personal Experience…   For the last couple of weeks I’ve not wanted to go out… but had a need to stay at home and feel into the unwinding story of the Dark vs the Light, of which the disclosure of Human Trafficking and the virus is exploding amongst us all. Here in Spain we are now being forced to wear the mask at all times (except swimming, sporting, drinking & eating). I know it is the beginning of much more, but what to do!?   I continue to hold my vision of Humanity living in freedom, of the ones caught up in the darkness finding their freedom, of my fellow citizens coming to their senses… AND being invisible when IAM out as I continue to honour others by wearing the mask when IAM near but not when on my own, walking about as a sport or going shopping or dining out. (Walking in Spain is no longer deemed a sport or exercise so you must wear a mask!\ud83d\ude33)   I’ve not really felt inspired to write much lately, until today! I’ve been feeling lazy, wanting to do nothing, listen to the birds in our garden and videos of doctors and scientists who are talking about the virus, masks & vaccines. I continue to have lots of sleep, many naps, and breathe, feeling into everything going on.   IAM acknowledging it all, the darkness and the light, embracing everything and in this way I know my loving Divine presence is releasing everything that no longer serves myself and Humanity, transforming old energy into new potential to receive.   I will make a separate post about my latest musings about the virus… as I know it’s important for more information to come out, for others to distill their own truth. IAM sure you’ll agree with me that the mainstream media and governments around the world really don’t seem to know the truth… or at least let it out!
